" The Gibraltar Health Authority reached out to Mr. Clarke to help improve efficiency and new patient access in our ENT and Orthopaedic outpatient departments. We had been struggling with new patient waiting times in both departments with low new to follow up ratios. He embedded in both departments and worked with the teams there and our primary care colleagues to identify the issues and help us find the appropriate solutions for our organisation (opposed to a one size fits all approach).
